Discovery Garden curriculum is designed based on the principal of children’s exploration, hands-on experiences and events in their life.
For children, play is enjoyable. Through play, children are engaged in voluntary, purposeful and spontaneously activities. This child-oriented learning is often creative, involving problem solving, learning new social skills, new language and new physical skills.
Discovery Garden does this by providing learning opportunities both inside and outside the classroom throughout a day.
Our childcare services include:
*Full day childcare service
Monday - Friday: 7am - 7pm
Saturday: 7am - 2pm
*Half day childcare
Monday - Friday: 7am - 1pm
Saturday: 7am - 2pm

Playgroup : 1.5 - 2.5 years old
Pre-Nursery: 2.5 - 3 years old
Nursery: 3 - 4 years old
Kindergarten 1: 4 - 5 years old
Kindergarten 2: 5 - 6 years old
Learning Objectives for each level
Playgroup:
Discovery Garden will lead children to a world of learning, sharing, and exploring with practical life, art, music and movement, as well as the fundamental learning in the preschool.
Pre-Nursery:
Pre-Nursery program is to cultivate children to be problem solvers and life-long learners. Through activities and hands-on learning, children will work on early literacy, math, science and moral education.
Nursery:
Nursery program is designed to prepare children for the higher levels of learning and develop valuable character building. Thus, children will gain positive self-esteem and be ready to take on the world.
Kindergarten 1:
Our project approach is carried out through group discussion and guided research. Through project learning, children can extend their interests, strengths and needs.
Kindergarten 2:
Extended from K1 project learning, K2 program has added in components to prepare children for Primary One work as well as their life in Primary School.
